You may have noticed
that we sell advertising space on this site to various agencies. They
come in the form of top banners (at the top) skyscrapers (tall ones at
the side) and pop ups or pop unders (which open a new window with an
advertisement behind the window you are viewing). We have had a very
few complaints that we do this so we will answer these criticisms
here. This is a commercial site, it has substantial overheads and it
is there to make a profit. Either we charge the visitor or we make it
free and get revenue from advertising. We chose the latter as we
thought it would be preferable to all. If you would prefer to pay, Hair-styles-cuts-and-dos.com
will take your money and not show you any ads. Some people seem to
think they are doing us a favor by visiting this site, this is not the
case, they are here because they want to use our service for free.
Having said all this
we have only had 4 complaints from around 20 million visitors so most
people seem to understand modern commercial realities.
